This coffee's nutty, chocolatey flavors are a result of its high altitude residence in the central region of the Incas. This Fairtrade Organic and Soil Association-certified coffee is cultivated in the Chanchamayo Province of Peru at 1,400 metres above sea level. Arabica Caturra and Typica varieties are grown according to Washed Process standards, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
